- 1 16-oz. package semisweet-chocolate pieces
- 1 7 1/2-oz. jar Marshmallow Fluff
In double boiler top, over hot, not boiling water, melt
chocolate. Blend in Fluff; add flavorings (below). Cool slightly.
Shape into 1/2-inch balls. Makes 1 pound.
Flavorings:
Peppermint:
Knead in 2 tsp.peppermint extract. Shape into balls. Roll in
chocolate sprinkles.
Coconut:
After shaping plain chocolate truffles, roll in flaked coconut.
Walnut:
After shaping plain chocolate truffles, roll in minced walnuts.
